Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Store Credits
Our Return Policy
We are happy to offer a refund, exchange or store credit for your BONDI BORN® purchase, provided the item meets the Return Eligibility conditions outlined below and is not marked as Final Sale.
Final Sale Items
Any item(s) purchased at a discount of 50% or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- Submit your refund request within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item(s) must be in new, unused condition, with no marks or damage.
- All hygiene labels and swing tags must be intact and attached.
How to Return, Exchange or Receive Store Credit
- Visit the Returns Portal.
- Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and postcode to begin.
- Select Items & Choose Your Option

For exchanges: Select the item(s) you wish to exchange and choose your replacement size, colour, or style. A free return shipping label will be provided.

For returns: Indicate the item(s) and reason, then download your return shipping label. A $10 AUD per item restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- For store credit: Opt for a store credit instead of a refund to receive an additional 15% value added to the credit amount. A free return shipping label will be provided.
- Prepare Your Package
- Securely package your garment for return (original packaging preferred).
- Post your return parcel within 7 days.
- Confirmation & Processing
Once we’ve received and processed your return, you will receive a Confirmation Email:

For store credits: Your credit will be issued as soon as the returned item(s) is received and processed at our Sydney warehouse.

For exchanges: Replacement item(s) will be shipped within 24–48 business hours after we receive and process your return.

For refunds: Refunds are typically processed within 24–48 business hours of receiving your return. Funds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS*
We provide free Australia Post’s Express Shipping on all orders over $300.00 (estimated delivery 2 - 5 business days).
Australia Post Shipping is available for a flat rate of $15.00 on all orders under $300.00 (estimated delivery time 2 - 5 business days).
* New Zealand customers are responsible for any taxes and duties for importing into your country from Australia. Please view our Terms & Conditions regarding New Zealand GST, Customs Charges & Duty.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
Our Express and Standard shipping is done with 'authority to leave'. This allows for your order to be left in a safe location when no one is at home. If the courier/NZ Post deems that there is no safe location, the order will be brought to the nearest post office and a card left with further instructions on how to collect.
Your order will be processed, packed and shipped from our Sydney warehouse within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
