No, you do not require an account to place an order online, you can check out as a guest. We do suggest creating an account so that when you sign in the next time you visit online, all your details will be automatically entered.

We will keep a close eye on your return order as it is shipped back to us. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the returned garment(s) to ensure it meets our return standards. We will then process your refund or your replacement order within 24 hours of receiving your return (excluding weekends). Once your return has been processed, you will receive an automated email. The funds may then take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

Most of our one-piece swimwear and bikini tops have removable bra cups, however some pieces may not include bra cups. Please refer to each individual product description for details or contact customercare@bondiborn.com if you have any questions regarding sizing & fit.
