Domestic Shipping
Domestic Shipping Rates
Orders over $200: Free Standard shipping in Australia
Orders less than $200: $10 Standard shipping in Australia
Express shipping is available within Australia. Express Shipping must be selected at checkout and a flat rate of $15 will be charged. Delivery to Australian addresses using Express Shipping is expected within 1-3 business days.
3 Hour Delivery
BONDI BORN® offers urgent delivery within 3 hours to Sydney-Metro addresses.
Orders must be placed before 1pm Monday-Friday and the 3 Hour Shipping option must be selected at the checkout. Orders placed after 1pm using the 3 Hour Delivery service will be dispatched following day.
3 Hour Delivery is charged at a variable rate, calculated at checkout. Please note, signature on delivery is required. In the event the delivery cannot be received, a return charge + re-delivery charge will apply. Shipments cannot be cancelled after they have been collected by the courier.
Same-Day Shipping
All customers within metro Sydney are eligible to select Same Day Delivery. Orders must be placed before 11am Monday-Friday and the Same Day Shipping option must be selected at the checkout. Orders placed after 11am using the Same Day Shipping option will be dispatched following day.
Same day shipping is charged at a variable rate, calculated at checkout. Please note, signature on delivery is required. In the event the delivery cannot be received, a return charge + re-delivery charge will apply. Shipments cannot be cancelled after they have been collected by the courier.
Processing and Dispatch Time
Online orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of placing your order.
Please be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekend or on Australian public holidays.
Orders placed during sale or promotional periods, or on Australian public holidays, may be subject to a delay.
Track Your Order
You can track your Bondi Born online order once it has been dispatched via our shipping confirmation e-mail and from your BONDI BORN online account.
If you do not receive any tracking information, please contact our team directly.
How long does shipping take?
All BONDI BORN online orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post. Parcels will require a signature upon release.
Estimated Delivery Times
2-8 business days (for metro regions)*
5-7 business days (for regions outside metro)*
*Please note: the estimated shipping time begins when the parcel is collected by Australia Post. Please be mindful that shipping times do vary and are dependant on the shipping address and carrier.
I have only received part of my order?
If you are missing certain items from your order, this is because we have shipped some of the purchased items directly from one of our BONDI BORN® boutiques. Separate tracking details should have been received, if you have not received these details, please email customercare@bondiborn.com
I have not received my order yet?
We aim to have your order processed and on its way to you within 2 business days of your order being placed.
Please note that online orders are processed Monday to Friday, this does not include public holidays. Any orders placed over a weekend, or a public holiday will be processed and dispatched the next business day.
What shipping services do you use?
For orders shipped within Australia, our shipping partner is Australia Post. For all orders shipped internationally, our shipping partners are Australia Post or DHL.
Can I ship to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?
Parcels are shipped exclusively through Australia Post Express, which enables delivery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Refunds and Returns
Returns Policy
Request the refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Keep the item(s) in new condition, free from marks and damage. Do not remove hygiene labels or swing tags.
Full Priced Items
Eligible for a full refund, exchange, or online store credit.
Final Sale Items
Unable to be returned, unless deemed faulty by our team.
Return Requirements
All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags still attached within 14 days from the date of delivery.
If the item is being returned for a refund, return shipping ($10) will be at the expense of the customer. If the item is being returned for an exchange or store credit, return shipping will be paid for by BONDI BORN®. BONDI BORN® will not be responsible for items lost or stolen in postage. BONDI BORN® takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return.
Items purchased at a BONDI BORN® David Jones concession boutique must be returned to David Jones. These items cannot be returned to BONDI BORN® online.
Faulty Items
We pride ourselves on our premium designer pieces and quality craftsmanship. However, in the instance that you receive an item that is faulty or wrongly described, you may elect to receive a full refund or store credit. Please be advised that our team will assess all faulty returns before a refund is processed. This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under any applicable law.
Return Steps
Package up your return securely (in original packaging where possible).
To register a return, please log in to our returns portal with your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and postcode. Then just let us know which item(s) you want to return and the reason for returning, and print out the return label.
Quality control: Once your item has been received, our team will proceed with the QC process, to ensure the item remains un-worn, un-damaged and as new.
Await your Return Confirmation email, which we will send when we have processed your return.
Return processing: Once your item has passed our QC process, we will proceed with your return for either full refund (minus $10AUD shipping charges), exchange or store credit. If you have requested a store credit, this will be sent to you via email.
We will generally process your return within 24 - 48 working hours of receiving your return. Funds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime, since the responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches us.
Can I exchange my online purchase?
Upon lodging your return request, if the item is available in other sizes, you will be able to request an exchange which will be sent out to you as soon as we receive your returned item, at no cost to you.
Online Store Credits
Upon lodging your return request, if you are not exchanging the item for a different size, you will be prompted to choose between a refund to your original payment method (the $10 return fee will be deducted) or a store credit, where 10% of the value of the item will be added to your credit, and no return fee will be charged.
Who pays for my online return?
Return shipping for a refund will cost $10 AUD and will be deducted from the refund amount that you will receive once your return has been processed.
Return shipping for an exchange or store credit is at no cost to you.
BONDI BORN® will not be responsible for items lost or stolen in postage. BONDI BORN® takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return.
Can I return my online purchase in-store?
For now, any items purchased on our online store need to be returned to our warehouse via the post, as outlined in our "Return Steps". Please contact customercare@bondiborn.com for assistance, and check your spam folder in case your response ends up there.
Please note we are unable to facilitate online returns to our concessions within David Jones.
Can sale items be returned?
Yes, sale items can be returned unless marked FINAL SALE.
Can I return an item purchased at David Jones?
Items purchased at a BONDI BORN® David Jones concession boutique must be returned to David Jones. These items cannot be returned to BONDI BORN® online.
How long does it take for a return to be processed?
Please allow 24-48 working hours for the processing of all returns.
Once your return has been processed, you will be notified by email.
Placing An Order
Can I edit my order?
If you need to edit your order, please email customercare@bondiborn.com and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
If you need to edit your order in the way of an address change, but have already received tracking details, you will need to contact Australia Post to organise your request.
Item availability
Occasionally, our online boutique may encounter a high volume of visitors, which can lead to stock levels not being promptly updated.
While this is a rare event, if an item in your order is affected, our customer care team will notify you immediately and present you with appropriate alternative choices.
My Order Has Not arrived yet?
We regret any inconvenience caused by delays in processing your order. During periods of high demand or in situations that limit our workforce, delays may occur. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact customercare@bondiborn.com so we can assist you further.
Identification Verification
Occasionally, we perform random identification checks on orders as part of our security measures to ensure your protection. In the event that your order is selected, our Customer Care team will contact you to request additional information or confirmation that you have recently placed an order with BONDI BORN®.
Payment Options
Do you offer Buy Now/Pay Later options?
Yes, we offer the Buy Now/Pay Later option of Afterpay.
How do I use Afterpay?
Shop as you normally would, when you get to the payment option page, choose “Afterpay”.
Register with Afterpay and provide payment details (Afterpay accepts Visa or Mastercard). If you have used Afterpay before, just log in to your Afterpay account from the checkout and complete your order. It really is that simple!
*Afterpay accepts Visa and MasterCard only. You must be 18 years or older and have a valid email address and AU mobile phone number to sign-up.

Can a promo code and gift voucher be used at the same time?
Currently, our system is only able to support the use of one code at a time.

I have received an e-gift card, can this be redeemed in-store?
Currently, e-gift cards can only be redeemed online.
